Singapore has started embarking on the digitalisation journey since 2015. We can't deny that digitalisation is becomes a necessity in any form of business. This is especially true during our trying times dealing with COVID-19 situation. It has changed the way we live, work, learn, and connect. While we know that digitalisation will bring in more business opportunities, we must, at the same time be more prepared to deal with the increase in cyber risks.
To help businesses on this aspect, the Cyber Security Agency (CSA) has launched a series of tool kits for enterprises, which provide guidance on cyber-security issues tailored for senior business leaders, owners of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), as well as employees. The tool kits will help by simplifying cyber security for businesses and can act as a starting point to establish a cyber-security plan, looking into implementing practices and measures to lower the cyber risks in businesses.
These tool kits, as follows, are available in CSA's website:
1. Cybersecurity Toolkits for Enterprise Leaders and SME Owners
2. Cybersecurity Toolkit for Employees
3. Cybersecurity Toolkit for IT Professionals (to be launched in 2022)
CSA has also launched other programme such as SG Cyber Safe Partnership Programme, partnering the industry to further drive cybersecurity awareness to local businesses, individuals and the wider community.
SG Cyber Safe Trustmark will also be introduced in 2022. This Trustmark is a mark of distinction for enterprises that have put in place good cybersecurity measures that correspond to their risk profiles.
